This is the 3rd year the Champaign Countywide 911 Center has participated in the annual Urbana Police Division's Citizen Academy. The goal is to have every Dispatcher attend. This 6-week Academy is so beneficial to the 9-1-1 staff. It provides a clear perspective on the organization's daily operations and so much more. Thank you for having Deven Dixon and Caitlin Lockard. I know they both came away with so much appreciation for Urbana Police Division and those who serve. It is a great opportunity for anyone!!!

September 23, 2020…. A day that changed our center completely. A day we lost one of our own. A vibrant and beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone she met. Chelsey loved being a dispatcher for this county and being able to help the ones in need. She was one of the most selfless humans. 6 years and still talked about everyday here. She left an impact in her short life but what a life she lived.
