Our event is less than a week away and we have some updates! We will be accepting clothing donations at Kemble Park starting at 10:30am until our event starts at 12. We request that all winter and fall based clothing is washed prior to donation!
We will have lots of things to give out! Please spread the word!

Our upcoming mutual aid event: Halloween Edition!
The former Utica Abolitionists, now Utica Revolutionary Coalitionists, plan to host an event on October 30th.
Our first 'Halloween Aid' is a mutual aid event, but Halloween edition and we plan to provide some basic necessities for the community, provide a space for Halloween festivity, and hold a clothing drive!
This will be a kid-friendly event with fun activities, candy/goody bags, and a pumpkin giveaway!
Our clothing drive and toiletries drive will aim to distribute basic necessities and winter/fall-based clothing for all ages. We as a group are dedicated towards building a sense of community locally; and, we hope to do so in a way where we can create a narrative of meeting the needs we all have- collectively.

Former Utica Abolitionists now newly formed as Utica Revolutionary Coalitionists are throwing another event this year after last years great success! We aim to celebrate Juneteenth and practice some mutual aid this year. Also, we are collaborating with Nomadic Voices to highlight local Black talent, artists, musicians, etc!
Join us for:
- Free Food
- Free Refreshments
- Free Snacks
- Free toiletries/necessities giveaway!
- Live music and talent show highlighting local Black talent/artists.
SN: Remember to mask up and follow social distancing guidelines! Also, bring your own chairs and blankets!
To non-Black locals: help contribute to this event and help make it all possible by donating!
