Bob Ingram serves as Senior Adjuster at Goodman-Gable-Gould/Adjusters International, bringing decades of deep experience in risk management, industrial operations, and complex property claims.

He earned his B.S. in Industrial Technology from Tennessee Technological University and later achieved his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. He has also been a featured speaker at multiple Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) annual conventions, sharing insight on a range of risk management topics.

Since 2011, Bob has been involved in the handling of more than $100 million in property claims across manufacturing, hospitality, property management, and other commercial sectors.

Bob also serves the profession through the Georgia Association of Public Adjusters (GAPIA), where he has been a board member since 2015 and has held the roles of Secretary, Vice President, and President.

Meet Sydney Greenspan, Director of Business Development and Professional Public Insurance Adjuster at The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International. A third-generation public adjuster, Sydney continues the legacy of her father, Robb Greenspan, and grandfather, company founder Sidney Greenspan.

Sydney works closely with brokers, agents, and policyholders to bring clarity to complex residential and commercial property claims, including major wildfire losses such as the Thomas Fire and Woolsey Fire. Her focus is on education, strong documentation, and helping guide successful claim outcomes.
