Starting a new school year means that a large number of students from other cities and countries flock to Utica College. The first thing that students often think about is probably accommodations. They will have a hard choice between staying in the dorm and living off-campus.
The Price on Flagg Avenue
The students help to make the houses in Utica become more valuable, especially on Flagg Avenue just beyond the Utica College campus.
