The passing of colors from an outgoing commander to an incoming commander ensures that the unit and its Soldiers are never without official leadership, represents a continuation of trust, and signifies an allegiance of Soldiers to their unit's commander.

Liberty Medics in action…
Incoming Commander of the 865th CSH (Combat Support Hospital), Col. (Dr.) Gabriel Isioye exemplifies what it means to be an Army Reservist.
As a civilian, Col. Isioye operates a family dentistry practice.
What you may not see behind the scenes is the military work between patients. On one side of the picture see a dental examination chair, and the other a military work computer!
Another example of Army Reservists in the medical community!
