Congratulations to Jon Lipe on his victory in last Tuesday’s primary election.

Throughout this campaign, we both shared a commitment to strengthening our communities and improving the quality of life for the residents of the 119th Assembly District. I respect Jon and the campaign he ran, and I encourage everyone who supported me to support Jon in November.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone’s support, and I look forward to continuing to serve on the Utica Common Council.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, stepfathers, father figures, and mentors who make a difference every day.

Being a father is one of the greatest gifts and responsibilities I have ever known. It inspires me to work harder, serve with purpose, and help build a stronger future for the next generation.

Today, I’m grateful for the lessons, love, and sacrifices that fathers make every day. Wishing all who celebrate a joyful and meaningful Father’s Day with their families and loved ones.

Happy Juneteenth!

Today, we celebrate freedom, honor the resilience of those who endured slavery, and recognize the generations who fought to make our nation live up to its promise of liberty and justice for all.

Juneteenth is a time to reflect on our history, celebrate the progress we’ve made, and recommit ourselves to building stronger, more inclusive communities.

I encourage everyone to attend local Juneteenth events, support Black-owned businesses, and join neighbors in celebrating this important day of remembrance, education, and unity.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and joyful Juneteenth. ❤️🖤💚

Good roads and reliable infrastructure don’t happen by accident.

Many people think fixing potholes and repairing roads is only a local issue, but state funding plays a major role. Through New York’s CHIPS program, municipalities receive funding to maintain roads, repair highways, and improve critical infrastructure in our communities.

If elected to the State Assembly, I’ll fight to increase CHIPS funding so our local governments have the resources they need to fix roads faster, improve safety, and invest in the infrastructure our families and businesses rely on every day.

Our communities deserve roads that are safe, reliable, and built to last.

As we continue to build a broad coalition across the 119th District, I’m grateful for the support of organized labor and the working families they represent.
