Good morning, everyone! 💙

I wanted to share information about our 50s Fundraiser, happening on September 25, 2026.

We are a nonprofit organization based out of Sacramento, serving families in Sacramento, Yolo, Solano, and surrounding areas. We started in 2025 with a mission to help families who are facing the unexpected loss of a loved one and struggling with funeral expenses.

We know that many of us have experienced the loss of someone we love, and we understand how difficult it can be to navigate finances while grieving. No family should have to worry about how they are going to pay for funeral expenses during one of the hardest moments of their lives.

Our goal is to raise funds to help families stay home, grieve, and spend time with their loved ones without the added burden of worrying about funeral costs.

We would truly appreciate your support, whether you attend the fundraiser, share our flyer, donate, or simply help spread the word. Every bit of support makes a difference. ❤️

Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community and share some love, kindness, and companionship? We’re looking for volunteers to join us!

We are Solano Care Hospice that is very active in our local communities. We participate in and support activities at various communities, and we’re looking for caring individuals who would love to volunteer their time.

Whether you can give a couple of hours a day, a few hours a week, or even a couple of days a week, your time can make a beautiful difference. 💕

Leading our community outreach is Yvonne Jones, End-of-Life Doula, Community Outreach Specialist, and Volunteer Coordinator. Yvonne is known as “BonBon” throughout the communities she visits, and if you know her, you know just how much love and positive energy she brings wherever she goes! 🥰

Yvonne is looking for volunteers who would enjoy joining her as she visits communities and participates in activities that bring connection, joy, and companionship to others.
