Still 99 degrees when we made our loop around McMillan park at 7:30.

Today was the first day to try the helm. It’s not so much about the dog wearing a helmet as it is him being comfortable around distractions and still performing in the face of those distractions. He did good for the first day, although apparently he thinks the helm means a couple of free bites at the handlers’s forearm.
