Good News Phone Call of the Week!

This week, we are celebrating Clara! Clara joined our J.E. Rhodes family this year, and we are so glad she did!

Clara works hard in the classroom, gets along well with her classmates, and consistently shows kindness, respect, and a commitment to doing the right thing. She is a wonderful example of what it means to show her Vandal pride!

We are so proud of the positive impact Clara has already made on our school family. Thank you, Clara, for being such a sweet addition to J.E. Rhodes Elementary!

Congrats Mrs. Mitchell’s class!

Earning the Golden Tray takes super cafeteria teamwork! This class rocked their lunchtime expectations by staying in their seats, raising their hands, and showing kindness and responsibility from start to finish.

We may be a couple of days behind, but we couldn’t let Coach Appreciation Day pass without celebrating our amazing instructional coaches: Mrs Hightower, Mrs. George, and Mrs. Thompson! As well as our PE coaches: Coach Thompson and Coach Walker!

From supporting teachers and strengthening classroom instruction to encouraging our students to grow, move, and do their best, our coaches make such a difference at JE Rhodes Elementary. We are grateful for the time, energy, encouragement, and heart they pour into our students and staff each day.

Thank you for all you do to help our Vandals learn, grow, and succeed!
