Scam alert! Customers are receiving calls from scammers who say they work for Clark Public Utilities asking for payment and threatening disconnection. Calls may even appear to come from the utility’s number but the caller ID is spoofed by the scammers and can be very convincing.

While the utility may call customers with outstanding balances, it should never be a surprise and if there’s any question, please hang up immediately and call customer service directly at 360-992-3000 to check the status of your account.

Please be safe and help us spread the word, especially to the elderly and non-English speakers.

Update: Clark Public Utilities water customers can return to regular water use. Reservoir levels are back to normal levels. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.

Alert: We are asking Clark Public Utilities water customers outside the Hidden Meadows Fire evacuation areas to limit their water consumption to basic necessities until further notice.

News of the fire caused a surge in residential water that, if not reduced, could affect firefighters’ ability to combat the blaze.

If you are not part of the level 1 , 2, or 3 evacuation order Clark County Evacuation Map, please limit your water use to only cooking and cleaning.

We’ve been out and about Clark County this weekend! Our linemen had a chance to showcase their speed, safety knowledge and skills at the Pacific Northwest Lineman Rodeo, employees staffed utility booths at La Center Our Days and the North County Safety Fair and our float won the grand prize at the Camas Days parade! Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with us and cheer us on this weekend!
