Heritage Northwest Consulting is proud to support NAMI Southwest Washington at the Shine the light event at Clark College!

This meaningful event shines a light on mental health, raising awareness, reducing stigma, and reminding our community that no one has to navigate mental health challenges alone.

We’re grateful to stand alongside Nami in promoting awareness, hope, and support for all. Together, we can make a difference! 💚

Congratulations to Golden, our October Employee of the Month!

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Heritage NW Group, Golden said:

I have had the privilege of working for Heritage NW Group for nearly two years. Working with the team at Heritage, I have collaborated with some of the greatest individuals serving our community and supporting the families we serve. I truly enjoy being able to support the individuals we serve in and outside of their homes while building community relationships and connecting our clients to resources they wouldn't be able to gain on their own. As a Lead BSS, I am able to support the growth of our team in the office and out in the field to serve even more clients at the level they deserve.

Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! Thank you for all that you do!

HNWG was honored to be part of Hands Across the Bridge Project, an annual unity in recovery event held each Labor Day that brings thousands of people together to celebrate recovery, connection, and hope.

As a newly established resource for SUD, IOP, and mental health dual-diagnosis care, HNWG was proud to introduce ourselves, share resources, and connect with community members, shelters, and other providers throughout Clark County.

It was a truly humbling and enlightening experience, filled with music, culture, and unity. We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful celebration of recovery and look forward to continuing to support our community.

Congratulations to Jon, our September Employee of the Month!

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Heritage NW Group, Jon said:

I have been working at Heritage NW Consulting as a Community Choice Guide for a little bit over a year now and I really cherish the opportunity to work with an organization and so many people that share the same core values that I do. I strongly believe that all people deserve respect, dignity and empathy, and I have never worked somewhere that shares all of these values as strongly as I do before work at Heritage NW. I love to assist clients achieve their goals and it always warms my heart when we are able to achieve goals that our clients did not think were possible.

Heritage NW group had the pleasure of attending the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce luncheon at the Washougal Times!

We enjoyed hearing about the ports of Clark County - Camas, Washougal, and Vancouver USA.

It was also a great opportunity to connect, network, and build relationships with so many wonderful local businesses and community leaders.

One fun fact we learned: Washington State has 75 public port districts — the largest locally controlled public port system in the world!
