On Saturday CPFR was dispatched to 17 emergency calls in 45 minutes.

There has been lots of coverage about one of those incidents, a tree fell on a car on Highway 15-501, the driver had to be extricated from the car. He was talking with first responders and transported to the hospital for treatment.

There are still many residents without power due to downed power lines.

Make sure you treat all downed power lines as live and wait on the power company to restore power safely.
