Today, we were pleased to welcome Rutgers School of Nursing students to UTCAO Early Head Start Child Care Partnership. The nursing students worked alongside our Early Head Start Health Specialist to assist with vision and hearing screenings for our infants and toddlers.

These screenings are an important part of Early Head Start services and help us meet the Head Start 45-day screening requirement, while supporting early identification of potential health or developmental concerns.

A special thank you to the Rutgers School of Nursing students for bringing their time, skills, and commitment to our children and families. Partnerships like this help us ensure that every child receives the support they need to learn, grow, and thrive!

Sometimes, the best way to build a stronger team is to see ourselves through someone else's eyes. Our educators went crazy on the last day of In-Service 2026. The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and connections as they sipped and painted a portrait of their co-worker.
