We were so delighted with their service that we recently requested that they treat our termite problem in our LA home. James, the owner is very friendly, honest and patient when explaining his recommendations. Unlike other termite companies, he does not recommend work that is not necessary. His prices are fair and undercuts all other companies. Cassandra, James’ Office Mamager is also very friendly and easy to work with. It is a pleasure to work with her.
