Took about four years but the In-N-Out Oxnard #2 on Ventura Blvd (near the Oxnard Auto Center) is open!! INO was a great company to work with and I have a lot of pride working with the City and INO to get this store into a reality. Largest drive-through in Oxnard…36 cars.

Oxnard Starbucks on Vineyard gets support from City Council on appeal The Oxnard City Council Tuesday directed staff to write a resolution in support of Starbucks' development, despite opposition from the Planning Commission.

My Planner Friends will get this; I actually won an argument with the RWQCB - State Water Board. Working on behalf of my client (City of Oxnard), I not only convinced them to decide something in the City’s favor, I had the Water Board staff thanking me for being “patient and understanding”!!
