🎨 VERNON COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT: A BEAUTIFUL NEW ADDITION TO HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ROCKVILLE!

A little more color, a little more creativity, and a whole lot of community pride!

If you've been through downtown Rockville recently, you may have noticed a beautiful new mural adding another layer of character to our historic downtown district!

This incredible piece of public art is the work of talented local artist Heather Harrington of Lights and Darks, and what a wonderful addition it is to our community!

Public art does more than beautify a space. It creates conversation, celebrates creativity, and gives residents and visitors another reason to explore everything our downtown has to offer.

We're excited to see downtown Rockville continue to grow, evolve, and celebrate the history and creativity that make it such a special place.

A huge thank you to Lights and Darks and Heather Harrington for sharing their artistic talents with our community!

And a special thank you to Burden Media for their continued efforts in capturing and sharing the people, places, and stories that make Vernon such a wonderful community.
