It has been an incredibly productive week for Regional Recruit Class 15!
Our recruits have hit the training ground hard, learning several firefighting skills:
🚒Hose Line Advancement: Developing the technique required to move charged lines.
💧Sprinkler Systems: Understanding fire sprinkler systems to manage commercial fires.
🌳Wildland Firefighting: Learning the specialized tactics required to contain and combat fast-moving brush and forest fires.
We extend a huge thank you to the Virginia Department of Forestry for coming out to work hand-in-hand with our recruit class this week!
