It was a busy week at VPD connecting with our local children. Thanks to the efforts of Chantel Bingham and Ryan Asher from the WC Schools we had the opportunity to speak to the entire 6th grade class about issues that pose a threat to their physical and mental well-being. Programs such as this help us teach our kids about the threats they face and what they can do to protect themselves.

Thanks to the efforts of our Victim Advocate Ellie Castle and through funds provided by an ASAP grant and our amazing CPA Alumni Association , we got to spend a fun night playing games, painting pumpkins, eating pizza, and walking the scary haunted trail. It was an opportunity to have a fun filled night building a positive connection with our local children.

Thank you to everyone that put so much time and energy into making these events successful!
