Tween Tuesday at 2 PM: Come build a kingdom out of cardboard and your imagination! No registration required for this one. For rising 3 - 6 graders.

Silly Goose Storytime Wednesday at 10:30 AM

TOMORROW! Come create a work of art with collage artist Michael Albert!

Join us in the Makerspace for a fun family art project! Collage artist Michael Albert shows artists of all ages how to make art from cereal boxes and other recycled materials. All supplies will be provided. Kids MUST be accompanied by an adult.

We will not have Saturday storytime at the library May 30.

TOMORROW! Kicking off our Thursday Performer series is That Puppet Guy!

Join us at 10:30 AM & 3:30 PM in the Community Room when master puppeteer That Puppet Guy brings the fun and creativity to the Library in the Forest. This program is for all ages. Don't forget to sign up for summer reading while you're here!

WE'RE BACK! It's offically summer and we're ready to party at the Library in the Forest Children's Department.

We've missed you! Toddler-A-Go-Go and Silly Goose Storytimes are back as regularly scheduled.

We are also excited to host our first Tween Tuesday of the summer, a Popsicle Social! REGISTER rising 3rd -6th graders online or at the desk to join in the fun and meet new friends.

We'll also have the first clue ready for our scavenger hunt!

In observance of Memorial Day, the Library in the Forest will be closed Sunday, May 24 & Monday, May 25.

Please join us Tuesday, May 26 when our summer programs will begin!

School's out for the summer and we're READY! Our storytimes and programs will be back starting Tuesday, May 26.

New this summer: Join us bright and early for our new all ages storytime every Monday starting June 1. Each storyteller will take a turn sharing our favorite songs and stories. We can't wait to read and play with you all summer!

Library in the Forest Kids Summer Reading is LIVE!

Come in and sign up for our summer reading program! You'll enter to win our prize drawings, receive a goodie bag with coupons for free stuff, and get all the information about how to record your reading on the free beanstack app. Ages birth - 6th grade are welcome to participate.
