Lori Beth Kearley, Director of Public Services, has been named the Department Head of the Year by the Alabama City/County Management Association. We are so proud of her incredible leadership and for her entire team who all work so hard for the residents of Vestavia Hills. Congratulations, Lori Beth! We have always known that you are an amazing leader of our organization and we are so proud that others recognize it as well!

All City of Vestavia Hills municipal offices, including the Civic Center and Library (closed May 24 & 25), will be CLOSED Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

Amwaste will also be closed. Please place your can(s) at the curb as soon as possible following the holiday. If your service day is on or after the holiday, collection may be delayed up to 2 days. **Note that collection might not occur until the next regular collection day due to increased volume and holiday schedule adjustments.**
