We are pleased to announce that the 2027 assessment coupon books have been prepared and mailed to all property owners.

Once you receive your coupon book, you may submit your assessment payments using either of the following methods:

In Person: Deliver your payment and applicable coupon to the Spring Valley Lake Association Administration Office.
By Mail: Mail your payment and applicable coupon to the new lockbox address printed on your coupon.

Property owners will also receive a separate billing statement for the previously approved 5% lake special assessment of $82.55 per property, designated for the lake lowering and repair project.

This special assessment is separate from your regular annual assessments and is not included in your coupon book.

Effective immediately:
Do not mail or submit any further assessment payments to Consortium.

If you have automatic ACH payments established through Consortium, please cancel those arrangements to prevent payments from being sent to the former processing company. Call 888-786-6000 to cancel.

⚓ Marina Slips: $80/month
🚤 Powered Vessel Registration:
• First vessel: $200
• Second vessel: $150
• Third vessel: $100
🛶 Non-powered vessels: FREE

✅ Don’t forget to complete your vessel inspection before registering. Inspections are valid for 30 days. Schedule inspections with Public Safety by calling 760-245-6400.

2027 vessel stickers are YELLOW and are valid for the calendar year.

Call the Association Office at 760-245-9756 to begin registering your vessel or renting a marina slip.
