๐ŸŒŠ RESCHEDULED: Bioswale weeding is THIS Saturday! ๐ŸŒฟ

Our weeding day got rained out (the bioswale was totally flooded ๐ŸŒง๏ธ), so weโ€™re making it up this weekend and we need YOU!

๐Ÿ“… Saturday, October 24th
โฐ 9-11 am
๐Ÿ“ Indialantic Bioswale, 8th Ave, Indialantic, FL 32903

Bioswales keep stormwater, fertilizer, and debris from washing into the Indian River Lagoon, and they only work when theyโ€™re healthy. Two hours of weeding makes a real difference. ๐Ÿ’š

Please bring gloves and tools if you have them. Also bring water, sunscreen, and a friend! ๐Ÿงคโ˜€๏ธ

A NEW PARK. A NEW PARTNERSHIP. A GREAT REASON TO CELEBRATE! Waterway Warriors is growing, and weโ€™re inviting YOU to be part of the celebration!

Join us Saturday, October 24, as Waterway Warriors, the City of Cocoa, and the Cocoa Rotary officially kick off our new partnership to care for Bracco Pond Park and protect the waterways connected to it!

Weโ€™ll start the morning with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony, then do what Waterway Warriors does best: roll up our sleeves, get a little dirty, and make a BIG difference. Whether youโ€™re a longtime Warrior or have never attended a cleanup, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved, meet some great people, and help us give Bracco Pond Park a fresh start!

EVENT DETAILS:
Saturday, October 24, 2026
8:00 AM โ€“ 10:00 AM
Bracco Pond Park
950 Plaza Pkwy, Cocoa, FL 32922

Wear closed-toed shoes, bring gloves, and don't forget your water! We'll provide the rest of the cleanup supplies.

VOLUNTEERS UNDER 18
All volunteers under 18 must have a Minor Permission Form signed by a parent or legal guardian and submitted before participating. No signed form, no participation. See the link below for details.

Come celebrate with us, bring a friend, and help us welcome Bracco Pond Park to the Waterway Warriors family. Together, we're not just cleaning up a park. We're building a cleaner, healthier community, one waterway at a time!
