Stop–Call–Wait: Every Day, Every Task

At Futaba, safety and accountability are everyone’s responsibility. When something doesn’t look or feel right, don’t guess!

STOP — Pause and assess the situation.

CALL — Contact your supervisor for guidance.

WAIT — Wait for further instructions before proceeding.

This principle applies to our everyday work, decisions, and responsibilities. Taking a moment to stop, ask questions, and confirm the right course of action can prevent accidents, reduce errors, and protect our team.

When in doubt, Stop–Call–Wait. Working safely starts with each of us!
