Our Fall Carnival Cake Walk is almost here, and we need your help filling the tables with sweet treats!

We’re looking for donations of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and other baked goodies to make our Cake Walk a success!

🧁 All donations must be dropped off by Friday, October 16th!

Every donation helps make this carnival tradition a little sweeter for our Coyotes! Thank you for always showing up for our little school! 💙💛

Whether you’re looking for the perfect little orange pumpkin or fairytale pumpkins to decorate with, we’ve got you covered!

Elbow Creek may be a small country school, but the heart of our community is anything but small.

This year, we have a new PTO board with big dreams for our little school. We’re working hard to bring fresh ideas, new opportunities, and a renewed sense of community to Elbow Creek. But we can’t do it alone.

Our school is special. It’s the kind of place where the families know each other, teachers pour their hearts into their classrooms, and generations of kids grow up making memories on the same little campus.

And we want to make it even better.

From field trips and classroom resources to school improvements and family events, our goal is simple: pour as much as we can back into the kids and the staff who is there day in and day out supporting and teaching our kids.

We’re looking for local businesses, families, and community members who would be willing to support our PTO through a sponsorship or donation.

Whether you’re an Elbow Creek alum, a local business owner, or simply someone who believes in investing in our kids, we’d love for you to be part of what we’re building.

🍂 FALL CARNIVAL IS COMING, COYOTES!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 17 from 5–8 PM for one of our favorite nights of the year at Elbow Creek!

We’ll have carnival games, bounce houses, a pumpkin patch, food vendors, cake walk, silent auction, Tricky Tray and plenty of fun for the whole family.

🎟️ TICKETS GO ON SALE FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9!

Purchasing early will save you a few dollars, so don’t wait! Swipe through for ticket pricing, where to purchase, and everything you need to know about picking up your wristbands and tickets.

✨ Unlimited Wristbands include unlimited carnival games AND bounce house access!

Carnival Volunteers Needed!

Our Fall Carnival is coming up, and we need our Coyote families to help make it happen!

We have volunteer spots available for Friday set-up, Saturday set-up, during the Carnival, and clean-up. We know Saturdays are BUSY with sports, games, and family commitments, so we’ve made it easy to jump in wherever you can.

Even 30 minutes helps! You don’t have to give up your whole day, or even your whole evening. Grab a shift that works with your schedule, and if you can stay for more than one, we’d love that too!

It takes a lot of hands to put on a night this fun for our kids, and every single person who helps makes a difference.

¡SE NECESITAN VOLUNTARIOS PARA EL CARNAVAL!

¡Nuestro Carnaval de Otoño se acerca y necesitamos la ayuda de nuestras familias Coyote para hacerlo posible!

Tenemos turnos disponibles para ayudar con los preparativos el viernes, los preparativos el sábado, durante el Carnaval y con la limpieza al finalizar. Sabemos que los sábados están LLENOS de deportes, partidos y compromisos familiares, así que queremos que sea fácil ayudar cuando puedan.

¡Incluso 30 minutos ayudan! No tienen que dedicar todo el día, ni siquiera toda la noche. Elijan un turno que funcione con su horario y, si pueden quedarse para más de uno, ¡nos encantaría contar con su ayuda!

Se necesitan muchas manos para organizar una noche tan divertida para nuestros niños, y cada persona que ayuda hace una gran diferencia.
