This weekend we learn about Elijah and the Widow:
The prophet Elijah shares God’s message that there will be no more rain for a very long time, and God takes care of Elijah. He sends Elijah to a stream of water where he can drink, and He sends ravens with food for Elijah to eat every morning and night. But when the stream dries up, He sends Elijah to a city where he meets a woman. Elijah asks her for water and bread, but the woman cannot help him because she only has she will always have flour and oil until He sends more rain. And it happens exactly like God said it would. We can trust God no matter what happens because God’s got it.

This weekend we learn about MOSES AND THE SEA:
Moses is leading God’s people out of Egypt, and God shows His people the way to go with a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. But one night, they see that Pharaoh and his army are chasing after them. They are camping at the edge of the water, and there is no way for them to escape. But God tells Moses what to do. Moses holds his walking stick over the water, and the wind starts to blow. God pushes the water back to make a way for His people to escape. God showed His people where to go because God’s got it.
