I can't do this alone.

This campaign is being built by regular people. Guys from the job site. Moms squeezing in ten minutes between drop off and work. Retired folks with more energy than half of Washington.

I need people knocking doors, making calls, and standing at a table talking to neighbors. No experience needed. Just a few hours and a reason to care about eastern Connecticut.

Twenty years is long enough to wait. I'm not waiting. Neither should you. Comment "IN" or message the page and we'll get you started.

I'm honored to have State Rep. Irene Haines hosting a reception for me in East Haddam.

Monday, September 14th, 6pm to 8pm. Light refreshments, cheese and crackers, real conversation about what twenty years of the same representation has done (or hasn't done) for the cost of living in Eastern Connecticut.

$50 a ticket. 112 Shanaghans Rd, East Haddam.
Come meet me, ask me anything, and help support this campaign.

🚨Update!!! The Annual Combat Cancer Run has been pushed to September 27th!!

I was able to adjust my schedule, and I’m excited to be behind the bar at the Plainfield VFW this Sunday for the 2nd Annual Combat Cancer Run! 🎀🍻

Come by, say hello, and put me to work! The VFW Riders have a great afternoon planned with live music, food trucks, vendors, raffles, and more — all while raising money to help local cancer patients in need.

📍 Plainfield VFW Post 5446, 7 Winsor Ave.
🗓 Sunday, September 27
🏍 Registration begins at 10:00 AM | Kickstands up at noon

And mark your calendars for their next event! 🇺🇸 On Saturday, October 3, the VFW Riders will hold their 3rd Annual Bike & Auto Show from noon–4 PM at the Plainfield VFW. There will be cars, bikes, trucks, live music, vendors, raffles, a kids’ Power Wheels contest and more, with proceeds benefiting local veterans.

Two great events supporting our community — hope to see you there! 🇺🇸

Of course our governor does not want voter rolls scrutinized....

You have heard me talk about the great news for the 18th District: the budget I proudly supported as Ranking Member of the Appropriations Committee will bring nearly $9 million back to our communities!

These investments will strengthen our towns, support local priorities, and deliver real results for residents across the district. This funding includes education aid and disbursements from the Mohegan Pequot Fund that help support municipal services and ease pressure on local property taxes over time.

Here’s the breakdown by town:

Voluntown RTC delegates endorsed Heather Somers for re-election to the District 18 Senate seat. Heather has never hesitated to speak up and fight for Voluntown residents!
