🎉 Growth Goal Cart Surprise at Brook Avenue! 🛒✨

Our 4th and 5th graders worked so hard on their district quarterly checks, and last week we celebrated their effort and progress with a special surprise!

Students who met their growth goals got to choose a special treat or prize straight off our Growth Goal Cart! 🎟️🍭 Seeing their faces light up as their hard work paid off was amazing!

For our students who are still working toward their target, we gave them extra encouragement. Every test is a new opportunity to learn and grow, and we can’t wait to see even more Broncos earn their visit to the Growth Goal Cart next time! 💪🐴

Our 3rd graders were hard at work last week warming up their brainpower! 🧠✨

To jumpstart their math lesson on rounding to the nearest hundred, students dived into Bluebonnet Math fluency exercises to master finding the halfway point. Seeing them lock in, build their math confidence, and tackle these foundation skills was amazing!

Last Friday our Pre-K students had a wonderful time visiting Western Belle Farm Pumpkin Patch! 🎃🧡 Our little pumpkins enjoyed exploring the farm, experiencing the fall fun, and making special memories with their classmates. From smiles and laughter to all the pumpkin patch adventures, it was a day full of learning, fun, and excitement! 🍁🌻

Our 4th and 5th grade boys were completely captivated last week listening to guest speaker Louis Fite.

Mr. Fite shared his inspiring journey—from experiencing homelessness as a 3rd grader to discovering a lifelong passion for reading. He reminded our students of the incredible value of literacy, the power of gratitude, and the impact teachers have on their lives every day.

We wrapped up our Hispanic Heritage Spirit Week by celebrating the colorful and beloved tradition of Lotería! 🎴❤️ Our students and staff showed off their creativity by dressing up as their favorite Lotería cards while celebrating the rich culture, traditions, and heritage that make our community so special.

A huge shoutout to our incredible Stars Book Club partners for treating our staff to delicious Friday snacks right before break—it was such a thoughtful surprise, and our team absolutely loved it!
