What a wonderful day celebrating **Hispanic Heritage Month**! ❤️💚💙

Today we had the joy of hosting our **very first Hispanic Heritage Parade**, and it was such a special celebration of culture, history, and community! 🇲🇽🇵🇷🇨🇴🇸🇻🇬🇹

Our students proudly showcased authentic Hispanic clothing and shared projects they have been working on in class. It was amazing to see their excitement and pride as they celebrated the rich and beautiful cultures represented in our school community! 🌎✨

A very special **THANK YOU** to our parade sponsor, **Mi Pais Artesanias**, for generously providing flags and beautiful dresses representing different Hispanic countries. Your support helped make this celebration extra special for our students! ❤️

🚦LOC0MOTOR LICENSE: OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

Beep beep! Move out the way because our PreK–1st Grade students are officially licensed to MOVE! 🎉

Our little movers have been learning that moving our bodies in PE Class with Mrs. Carpenter isn’t just about having fun—it takes skills, practice, coordination, and ex*****on! From running and jumping to hopping, skipping, galloping, and more, these students put their locomotor skills to the test and earned their Locomotor License! 🪪✨

Locomotor movements are a BIG part of everyday life. Whether we’re racing to the playground, jumping over a puddle, chasing a ball, or simply getting from one place to another, our bodies are built to MOVE! 💪🏽

And let’s just say… these students understood the assignment! 😎🔥

🌟 A great week of learning and celebrating in 3rd grade! 🌟

Our third graders have been busy learning, growing, and celebrating their accomplishments! 🏆

🎉 Miss Villanueva’s class celebrated student success with awards recognizing their hard work and achievements.

🔬 Miss Johnson’s class dove into science as they explored the different types of matter and learned what makes each one unique.

📚 Miss Callejas’s class took on a group reading challenge, working together to find text evidence while practicing collaboration and teamwork.

We’re so proud of our third graders and all the ways they are learning, growing, and supporting one another! 💛
