We had the opportunity to participate in a great multi-agency Rescue Task Force training last night at the Verndale School. Trainings like this help us build strong partnerships, relationships, learn and sharpen new skills, and prepare to work together when our communities need it most. The Wadena County Sheriff's Office was joined by the Wadena Police Department, Staples Police Department, Verndale Fire Department, Wadena County Emergency Management, Verndale School District, Clarissa Fire Department, Hewitt Fire Department, Long Prairie Fire Department, Bertha EMS and Todd County Emergency Management.

Thank you to all who attended as well as Sourcewell, and Verndale School for hosting this valuable training.
