🏠 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄

Home should be a place where you feel safe, comfortable and secure.

𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗦 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 helps eligible households make their homes more energy efficient - helping 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁.

For rural households, those improvements can make a meaningful difference.

Because keeping a home safe and affordable isn't just about a building.
It's about helping people stay rooted where they belong.

Maybe it's a community garden that gives residents a place to grow fresh food. Maybe it's a partnership that brings new resources into a community. Maybe it's two organizations realizing they can accomplish more together than either could alone.

ROCS is looking toward 2027 with possibilities like 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀.

We believe rural communities don't need to wait for someone else to build their future.

When communities come together, they can grow something incredible.

❤️ 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄

A meal can be more than what's on the plate.

For many rural seniors, 𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗦 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 provides nutritious meals, but it also provides connection, conversation and another familiar face checking in and providing wraparound support.

ROCS provides senior meals in 𝟮𝟭 𝗿𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 through 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲-𝗶𝗻, 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. And behind every meal is a network of staff, volunteers and community supporters helping make sure our neighbors have access to food and connection.

🌱 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬

Sometimes, one person is all it takes to open a door for an entire community.

When a volunteer stepped up to deliver meals to seniors in Monroe, it didn't just mean one more volunteer for ROCS Dining Services. It meant an entire community could gain access to a service that wasn't previously available there.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽.

Across rural South Dakota, volunteers, community members and local partners help make it possible for ROCS to bring resources where they're needed most.

Because when one person gets involved, the impact can reach an entire community.
