OH NO...our candy monster has been caught stealing our lunches! Please help him by dropping off candy donations at the township office Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm and support our annual Trunk or Treat event coming up on Friday, October 23rd from 6pm-8pm!👻🎃🍭

He’s back… and he’s lurking in our lobby. The Candy Monster has officially returned for October. Please drop your candy donations directly into his mouth (and help support our Trunk or Treat event being held on Friday, October 23rd) so he doesn't resort to stealing your labeled lunches from the fridge. Donations accepted Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. 👻

TRUNK OR TREAT IS COMING SOON!! An evening of free family fun! Last years event was a huge success and we would to make this year even bigger and better but we can't make it happen without all of you, WE NEED TRUNKS! Please call the township office to register your vehicle/truck. We hope everyone will join us for a fun filled evening!!🍬🎃

Unfortunately due to low participant registration and the potential for storms, the Recreation Advisory Board has made the decision to cancel the Fall Yard Sale Event. Hope to see you all at future township events!

UPDATE: Due to weather, prep work on driveways will begin today, 9/22, on N Bonsall Road and Ruthland Ave. The remainder of the schedule will remain as listed below. Any further changes will be posted.

West Caln Township will be completing paving on the following roads within the township: Ruthland Avenue, North Bonsall Road, Reservoir Road and Zaleski Road. The planned roadwork schedule is below and is weather dependent.
- Thursday September 24th, 2026- Prep work to be completed for the 4 roads
- Friday September 25th, 2026- Paving of Ruthland Avenue and North Bonsall Road, any prep work not completed on the 24th will be done following the paving of these roads.
- Monday September 28th, 2026- Reservoir Road and Zaleski Road
Roads will be closed to through traffic during this time. Please plan accordingly and allow for extra time in your travels.

Octorara Trail between W Kings Highway and Beacon Light Road;
Skiles Road between Old Wilmington Road and Compass Road;
400 block of Ash Road and Old Wilmington Road at Parkesburg Road
