US Army Garrison Hawaii Halloween Safety and Trick-or-Treat Guidelines

Residents of the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii community can celebrate Halloween by trick-or-treating from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 31.

To guarantee a secure evening, participants are advised to travel in groups, walk exclusively on sidewalks within brightly illuminated neighborhoods, and wear costumes designed to prevent falls and clear vision.

Additionally, individuals must inspect all collected candy for potential tampering before consumption.

Parents should equip children with flashlights or reflective materials to ensure they remain visible to motorists, who are simultaneously urged to exercise extreme caution while navigating the area. Ultimately, these guidelines combine community celebration with essential precautions for a safe holiday experience.
