Rural Water customers – From the City of Wahoo Utilities: We will be chlorinating the water system from SEPTEMBER 21-thru OCTOBER 16th , 2026. This could extend a few days longer if we have mechanical problems. This is for maintenance purposes only. To remove any taste or smell of chlorination you may refrigerate your water for several hours or boil.

If you have fish or tropical birds, make sure to use non-chlorinated water by either boiling the water first or letting your water sit for a few days.

If you have any questions, please contact Sean Elliott at 402-443-4675
