Have you ever noticed that your attitude changes the moment a certain person walks into the room? 👀

Maybe it’s the eye roll. The avoidance. The irritation. The instant frustration.

Sometimes those reactions can reveal that a wound has taken root as bitterness.

Ephesians 4:31–32 reminds us to put away bitterness, anger, and malice and instead choose to be kind, tenderhearted, and forgiving.

That doesn’t mean ignoring hurt, becoming a doormat, or pretending harmful behavior is okay. It means asking God for discernment in how we respond—and choosing not to let bitterness have the final say in our hearts🤍
