💊 CLEAN OUT THAT MEDICINE CABINET, WAKE VILLAGE! 💊

Have you looked in your medicine cabinet lately? Got old prescriptions or expired medications taking up space? Not sure what to do with them? We’ve got you covered!

🚫 Don’t flush them, pour them down the drain, or toss them in the trash! Improper disposal can pose risks to our environment and community.

💊 DEA NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK DAY 💊

The Wake Village Police Department is proud to participate in the DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Do you have expired, unused, or unwanted medications sitting in your medicine cabinet? Now is the perfect opportunity to dispose of them safely and responsibly! ♻️

✅ All prescription and over-the-counter medications will be accepted.

🚫 No syringes, please.

Properly disposing of unwanted medications helps prevent misuse, accidental poisonings, and potential harm to our community and environment.

This year, we’re excited to partner with our friends at LifeShare during NNO! ❤️🩸 When you stop by, consider making a blood donation and help save a life right here in our community.

As part of this year’s event, the LifeShare bus will be hanging out with us for the evening! We are proud to have these folks visit us. Of course, they are always in need donations for our local area. If you are able, consider making a donation during NNO!
