This morning members of our department had the opportunity to train with the awesome folks at Citizens First Fire Training. We had the opportunity to test out some new AMKUS battery powered extrication tools, and learn some new tactics!

Huge thank you to D&A Towing and Recovery and Vaughn's Auto Repair And 24 Hour Towing for providing us with vehicles to cut up. It wouldn’t be possible without their continued support!

This morning one of our members joined Vermilion Fire Department climbing the bleachers at Sailor Stadium to honor those that made the ultimate sacrifice on 9-11. 40 times up, 40 times down. Simulating the 110 flights climbed by the FDNY 25 years ago. Although a generation has passed, we will never forget.
