Walker MN Fire

Fire Safety at Walker Hackensack Akeley Public Schools Elementary & Immanuel Lutheran School! We always have a great time teaching our local youth. Thank you to the WHA and Immanuel staff and teachers for allowing us to come visit, educate and play!

✏️THINGS WE LEARNED/DID…

🔥LOW & GO! Staying low and crawling to get to an exit.

🚒Stop, Drop & Roll

🧯We played in an obstacle course!

🔥We toured our Big Red Truck and got to play inside!

🚒We watched and saw firefighters get in full fire gear! WOW! 🤯

🧯DO NOT hide from a firefighter! Make lots of noise so they can hear you!

See you tmrw for round two!
💙🐺🖤 GO WOLVES 🖤🐺💙

With Fire Safety week upon us we want to take the time to remind everyone of basic things that can be done to keep you and your family safe.

📱Use the cord and charger that came with your device or one approved by the device manufacturer. Using the wrong charger can damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
🛏️Do not sleep with your phone/charger on tour need or under your pillow.
