Mrs. Mielke began her career as a first-year teacher at Turlington Elementary, where she quickly showed her talent for leadership. Since then, she has served as an Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and now Principal of McReavy Elementary, one of our newest campuses.
Mrs. Mielke pours so much of herself into her students, staff, and community, and we appreciate the care she puts into her work. She brings wisdom, dedication, and a thoughtful approach to leadership, taking time to listen and work through challenges with her team. She sees the strengths in others and encourages them to grow, while providing the support they need along the way. Mrs. Mielke’s willingness to step in, work hard, and do what is best for students sets an example for those around her.
We are so proud of you Mrs. Mielke and the leader you have become. Thank you for investing so much in your McReavy family and for the commitment you bring to our Waller ISD team. Your Mustangs have so much to be proud of!
