Mission statement:
To utilize the skills and knowledge of the people and organizations in Emmet County to achieve a meaningful Emmet County Conservation Board. To educate, protect, and promote the preservation and conservation or our history, natural resources, persons and culture for future generations. The Environmental Education Program of Emmet County Conservation emphasizes natural resources, ecological systems, and conservation & preservation philosophies for the healthful sustainment of Emmet County’s natural areas, wildlife, and environmentally mindful citizenry. Electrical hookups for $30 a night, or tent camping $20 a night, we also offer weekly and senior rates. Visit us and we're sure you'll want to stay awhile.
