It's come to my attention that our Republican candidates are having their campaign signs stolen.

Let me remind everyone that "Removing, defacing, vandalizing, or tampering with a lawfully placed political campaign sign prior to an election in South Carolina without permission is a misdemeanor under South Carolina Code Section 7-25-210. Penalties with a fine of up to $100 upon per sign or Imprisonment of up to 30 days in jail, or both.

Additional Charges: Law enforcement may add petty larceny, theft, or trespassing charges depending on property value and location.
