Being a DSP means choosing to be the change. It means turning compassion into action, challenges into opportunities, and ordinary moments into meaningful ones. The impact you make may not always be seen or celebrated in the moment, but it matters more than you know.

HAPPY DSP WEEK! 🥳

As we kick off DSP Week, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible people who truly are the heart of our program.

To our DSPs , we simply could not do what we do without you. Every single day, you show up with patience, compassion, dedication, and a genuine love for the people we serve. The relationships you build, the encouragement you give, the laughs you share, and even the little things you do that may go unnoticed make a lasting difference in the lives of our participants.

You are their advocates, their supporters, their cheerleaders, and often one of the brightest parts of their day. ♥️
