Warren County 4-H is a community of young people and volunteers learning leadership, citizenship and life skills.

Missouri 4-H is a community of 315,000 young people across Missouri learning leadership, citizenship and life skills. While this often happens in 4-H clubs, there’s lots more! It's about making new friends and memories while preparing to be future leaders - whether you live in a rural or urban area!

4-H is an important part of University of Missouri Extension and is publicly supported by county, state and federal governments. Private resources, both human and financial, are used to enrich the learning experiences of youth and adults.

We gave out a ton of 4-H information and talked to many families today at the Monsters on Main event in downtown Warrenton! We also visited with a lot of our members who were looking especially awesome!

The MAE4-HYDP national conference was held in Kansas City this past week hosted by Missouri 4-H. We all worked hard, learned a lot and I had a ton of fun! In addition to many great workshops, we enjoyed tours at The Nacional World War I Museum, Spicin Foods and the Roasterie, and of course we ate tons of barbecue!

The after school Clover kids loved making metal stamped bracelets and they only hit my fingers a few times! They also enjoyed making skillet granola and eating it with yogurt and strawberries before creating artistic masterpieces... colorful spooky spider webs!

4-H is about more than the fair and fun, it's also about serving our community. This month, the Rolling Stones 4-H Club collected items to donate to the Crisis Nursery. Great job Rolling Stones!

A little late in posting, but these 4-Hers from Trailblazers 4-H club delivered care baskets for Good Neighbor Week to Bristol Manor, Harton Senior Living and Oak Pointe Assisted Living. Hopefully this little kindness will brighten the days of all of the residents.
