Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. Revelation 2:10 In our day much of the world believes little or nothing. People are broad but shallow. Anxiety, emptiness, hopelessness, meaninglessness, have gripped much of the world and even the church. Our Pilgrim forefathers stand as shining examples of men who were certain of what they believed, unswerving in their loyalty, and passionately dedicated to the God they trusted, and for whom they would willingly have died. Today we remember the terror attach that gripped our Great Nation 25 years ago, we must never forget and never let fear overtake us. God was not suprised on that day, He was and is, still on the throne and in total control. So we believe in the Christ who alone can give total meaning and an ultimate goal to our life. Today give thanks to the Holy One who is worthy of praise for all His blessings on your life. I am praying for you, have a blessed day. Your's in Christ, Doug

Twenty-five years ago this Friday, the world watched something happen in real time that no one had words for yet.

At 8:46 a.m., an American Airlines Boeing 767 hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center.

For a few minutes, people wondered if it was a terrible accident. Seventeen minutes later, a second plane hit the South Tower — and any doubt disappeared. This was an attack.

By the end of that morning, both towers had collapsed.

Nearly 3,000 people were dead. It remains the deadliest terrorist attack in American history.

Twenty-five years later, the photographs from that day still carry a weight that time hasn't worn down.

They don't get easier to look at.

If anything, the distance makes them heavier — because now we know everything that came after: the wars, the security lines, the names read aloud every anniversary, the empty space where two towers used to be.

An entire generation has grown up knowing September 11 only as history. A date in a textbook, not a memory.

But for millions of others, it's not history at all. It's the last ordinary morning before everything changed.

This Friday, the country pauses again to remember.

Where were you that morning? Share your memory below.

THEY RAN TOWARD THE DANGER SO OTHERS COULD RUN TO SAFETY. 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001 reminds us of one of the deepest truths about being a firefighter: when everyone else is searching for a way out, firefighters are called to find a way in.

That morning, firefighters entered the Twin Towers carrying the weight of their gear—and the responsibility of strangers they had never met. Floor after floor, they climbed toward smoke, fire, and unimaginable danger while helping others make their way down.

343 FDNY firefighters made the ultimate sacrifice.

Behind every helmet was a person with a family. Someone was waiting for them to come home. Someone was hoping to hear their voice again. Yet when the call came, they answered.

That is dedication.

Not the absence of fear, but the willingness to keep moving when someone else’s life depends on you. Not for recognition. Not for applause. Simply because someone needed help.

Today, we remember the 343. We honor their courage, their brotherhood, their dedication to duty, and the families who carried an unimaginable loss.

And we honor every firefighter who continues to put on the uniform knowing that every alarm may ask more of them than they ever expected to give.

To the 343: your final call may have ended, but your courage still echoes through every firehouse and every firefighter who answers the next alarm.

We remember you. We honor you. We will never forget. 🇺🇸🚒
