17 years ago this morning I tried to take my life. I am still here. It can and will be a better day. You’re not helping those who love you. You are crushing them, and increasing their odds of su***de.

While the people you want to love you may not, a lot of people do.

I have an amazing life, I have done amazing things. None of which would exist if I had been successful on Christmas morning 2006.

You will never have a better day unless YOU are here for it.

On June 8th Rep Ryan, Capt Koffman (retired Navy psychiatrist), and I will be briefing the House Mental Health Caucus about PTSD, Su***de, and MDMA-AT for PTSD. The “22” has become just a statistic. I find it weird how often is treated as perfunctory like TYFYS.

I love Simon Whistler, and have learned a lot from him. This is completely accurate, and that’s surprising from a guy who is in Prague. Not that Prague is bad, it’s actually amazing for a lot of reasons. It’s just Europeans usually have vastly different perspectives about guns.
