Trump Turned Iran's Favorite Weapon Into Tehran's Biggest Problem, Gulf Oil Is Back to 94%

Picture a Saudi tanker running empty, riding high in the water, as it turns out of the Gulf of Oman and back through the Strait of Hormuz, toward the stretch of water Iran has spent this year calling closed. Nothing about the scene looks like a victory. Yet that empty ship tells you more about who controls the strait than any loaded tanker racing out. A loaded tanker leaving might be a one-time escape, oil that was trapped and finally got away. An empty one going back in is a business, and its owner is betting real money that Tehran cannot stop him from filling it and coming out again.

In September, according to a shipping analysis from Burggraben, 22 tankers belonging to Bahri, the Saudi national carrier, made that inbound trip. Burggraben counts roughly 116 vessels now working the shuttle trade, and it estimates that Middle Eastern oil exports have climbed back to about 94%. Iran’s strategy rested on a single threat: nobody’s oil moves unless Tehran allows it. That threat has failed hundreds of times now, one round trip at a time, and Trump deserves the credit, because his strategy has secured the strait in the one sense that matters.

The system works like a harbor with a dangerous mouth. Imagine a port where every ocean liner that runs the entrance risks an expensive hull and a crew that never signed up for combat. So the port hires a fleet of sturdy ferries. The ferries carry cargo across the hazardous stretch and hand it to the big ships waiting in safe water outside, and the liners never come in at all. Capacity then depends on how fast the ferries can unload and turn around.

That is what the Gulf has built. On September 16th, the Chinese state-owned tanker Cospearl Lake was nearing Dalian with 2 million barrels aboard, and it had never loaded a drop inside the Persian Gulf. It collected the cargo the previous month from another tanker, in a ship-to-ship transfer off Fujairah on the Gulf of Oman side of the strait. Noam Raydan of the Washington Institute traced the voyage through shipping data. The Chinese ship did the long haul to Asia while someone else handled the short, contested leg. Iran set out to frighten an entire global fleet and ran into a network that needs only a small slice of that fleet to accept the risk.

This is no boutique operation. Jacob Meldgaard, chief executive of the Danish tanker company Torm, told S&P Global in early September that the shuttle trade was moving about 6 million barrels of crude a day, plus roughly 1 million barrels of clean products, up from about 1 million combined before. That is a shipping executive talking about his own market, not a press secretary.

Washington’s numbers point the same way. On August 28th, the White House said nearly 1,500 commercial vessels had moved under American protection, carrying 750 million barrels of crude, and that 75 ships trying to slip the renewed blockade of Iran had been turned back, a count the military has since raised to 122. On September 19, Adm. Brad Cooper of Central Command reported that US forces had supported more than 1 billion barrels of crude leaving the Gulf and assisted over 2,000 commercial transits in the preceding couple of months. Energy Secretary Chris Wright put August 31 alone at roughly 17 million barrels of oil and gas products crossing by ship, a wartime high, and noted that commercial trackers miss ships running dark. Trump said it in fewer words on August 26: “The Strait is open. We take a lot of ships through the Strait now.”

Iran’s tankers tell the opposite story. Since the blockade resumed on July 14, the tracking firms Kpler, Vortexa, and TankerTrackers.com have recorded no Iranian crude cargo getting through Hormuz to China, according to Reuters, and Iran’s empty tankers have been unable to return for fresh loads. Reuters is not usually a cheerleader for this White House, yet it concluded that the blockade had succeeded where years of sanctions failed. Tehran can still sell oil it moved out before July and parked elsewhere. It cannot refill the pipeline.

So the two fleets are moving in opposite directions. Saudi tankers head into the Gulf empty because they expect to come out full, while Iran’s commercial cycle is broken at both ends. Control of a waterway is easy to confuse with the power to make it dangerous, and a protection racket shows the difference. A racketeer who torches one shop has done real damage, but his power rests on convincing every merchant on the street that nothing moves without his say-so. Once the merchants hire their own guards and keep their shelves stocked, he is still dangerous and still a criminal, and he no longer runs the street.

Tehran has taken up the racketeer’s habits anyway. It has told shipping companies to use a route its own authorities approve and to pay fees for the privilege, and on Saturday its so-called Persian Gulf Strait Authority threatened to blacklist any charterer that sends crews along unapproved lanes. It even published what it described as an apology from a shipowner. A government that actually held the strait would not need to post toll schedules and publish confessions. In June I argued that closing a strait and holding lasting leverage over it are different achievements, and the summer has supplied the proof in cargo.

The arrangement works because two policies pull in the same direction. Richard Goldberg and Mark Dubowitz of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies laid out the formula in June: keep the blockade on Iran and concentrate American naval and air power on getting everyone else’s commerce through. Trump did both. American warships and aircraft provide the protection, and the Gulf producers provide the ships, the oil, and the motive to keep sailing. The Energy Information Administration estimated that Hormuz carried about 20% of global petroleum liquids consumption in 2024, yet American imports through the strait came to only about 2% of US consumption. We care about the world price of oil. Our Gulf partners care about every barrel, so it is right that they carry much of the load.

Michael Bell and Robert Greenway of the Heritage Foundation wrote in January that “wars are not won solely on battlefields,” and that military strength rests on transportation and steady access to resources. By that standard, the Gulf is hosting a race between two logistics systems. One gets better at its job every week. The other lost three tankers on September 5, when Central Command answered Iranian missile fire at two American warships by permanently disabling the Downy near Kharg Island and the Stark 1 near Jask, then destroying the empty Kylo in the Gulf of Oman after ordering its crew off. A regime needs ships to turn crude in the ground into cash in hand. Tehran fired missiles to prove it still ruled the strait and came away with fewer.

The water is still dangerous. Ships keep getting hit, and last week a sailor died when an Indian cargo ship was attacked off Oman. The Financial Times has reported that American air cover is squeezed into two daily transit windows. Burggraben’s own numbers put shuttle freight at $28 to $30 a barrel, so moving a single 2 million barrel cargo costs somewhere between $56 million and $60 million. Those figures are brutal, and exporters keep paying them anyway.

They pay because the alternatives are worse. Torm had arranged for its tanker Innovation to load at the Saudi Red Sea port of Yanbu and sail to Asia through Bab el-Mandeb, but security threats forced a detour through Suez and around the Cape of Good Hope, adding more than 30 days to the trip. A ship tied up on one delivery for an extra month cannot carry a second cargo during that month. Then the Iran-backed Houthis struck pumping stations on Saudi Arabia’s East-West pipeline, the line built to carry crude around Hormuz in the first place, according to Kpler. Against those options, $58 million for a shuttle run is a rational price.

The trade limit has moved accordingly. Kpler reported on September 17 that ship-to-ship transfer capacity is now the main constraint, with Fujairah and Sohar believed to be running near their ceilings. Iranian missiles once set the volume of oil leaving the Gulf; today the answer depends on how many tankers can tie up alongside one another in safe water, and how quickly. A shortage of fenders and anchorage space is an engineering problem. Engineering problems yield to money, and the Gulf states are not short of money.

Iran is not finished. It can still fire on warships and tankers; it can still lean on the Houthis to hit Saudi pipelines, and it will probably do both again before the year is out, but none of that gives back the veto it thought it held over every barrel leaving the Gulf. What it has lost is the ability to make its neighbors choose between their exports and its permission.

Tehran has now put a price on the strait itself. At the United Nations this month, Iran offered to reopen Hormuz within a week if Washington met seven conditions, among them allowing the Islamic Republic to enrich uranium to 60%, lifting the blockade on Iranian ports, and releasing billions in frozen Iranian funds, and Trump turned it down. A regime that held the strait would be dictating terms, whereas this one is bargaining to get its own tankers moving. For decades Hormuz was the knife Iran kept at the world’s throat. This autumn it is the one stretch of water Iran’s own oil trade cannot get through.

Losing leverage over a strait and losing power at home are seperate events, and Washington should not confuse them. Janatan Sayeh made that point in the Daily Wire in August: economic pressure can drain the money and loyalty that hold the regime together, but somebody has to be ready to convert that pressure into results. In practice, that means keeping the blockade and the escorts in place, helping Gulf partners add transfer capacity at Fujairah and Sohar, and holding out for concessions Washington can verify instead of a reopening Tehran can revoke the next time it feels cornered. Trump was right to say no over the weekend. He should keep saying it until the price includes something Iran cannot take back.

Forget “Remember the Titans.” I want you to remember Lee Atwater.

Lee Atwater ran winning presidential campaigns for both President Reagan and President George H.W. Bush.

Atwater played for keeps. He was a tough guy. He understood politics is war. He understood the future of America and our children’s futures depended on winning these races.

Atwater understood what motivates people to vote- FEAR.

Republican George H.W. Bush was behind in his 1988 presidential race by 18 points in late summer to Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis.

Because of the brilliant TV ads of Lee Atwater, Bush came from 18 points behind to win in an 8-point, 40-state landslide. That’s a 26-point Republican turnaround in only two months.

Bush won 426 electoral votes to Dukakis 112.

How did Atwater turn an ugly Republican landslide defeat into a Republican landslide victory? He ran TV ads about Willie Horton- a murderer serving life in prison, let out of Massachusetts prison on weekend furlough, who escaped and committed assault, kidnapping and r**e.

Willie Horton happened to be black, so of course Democrats charged “racism” for running the TV ads. Who cares? It was the truth, it was a fact, and it worked. We won in a landslide by making the whole election about Willie Horton.

Lee Atwater was a genius.

Democrats can scream “racism” all they want. If the TV ads are true, and they correctly identify Americans worst fears, Americans will respond and vote Republican.

I am “The idea guy of the GOP.” My ideas have proven valuable to the GOP for years now…

*25 years ago, I invented the idea of shipping illegal aliens from red states to Democrat towns to embarrass Democrats and show what hypocrites they are.

*In 2019 I invented the idea for President Trump to declare a National Security Emergency for the Border and go over Congress’s head and fund the wall with funds from the Pentagon budget.

*In 2024 I invented “No Tax on OT” and “No Tax on Social Security.” Those ideas played a huge roll in winning the 2024 election for President Trump.

*This year I invented the idea of securing the midterm elections with “NEED USA”- a National Emergency for Elections Declaration- to Save the USA.”

This is how President Trump can pass “the SAVE Act on steroids.” This idea has Democrats hysterical and in pure panic because it will secure the election and they cannot challenge it in court.

Democrats are hysterical because they know if they can’t cheat, they can’t win.

Now let me channel Lee Atwater. How would Lee Atwater turn around this election? What would be his message to the voters?

I am a S.O.B.- son of a butcher. I think like my blue- collar butcher father 24/7. I am always on the side of the average middle class American.

The GOP midterm messaging is terrible. I can’t even watch our TV ads. They say nothing. They are a muddled mess. As usual, GOP campaign consultants are cowards afraid to say what needs to be said. Afraid of their own shadow. Afraid of what the media will say. Afraid of being called “racist” for telling the truth.

I read thousands of emails from my fans. Literally, THOUSANDS. And everyone says the same thing…

Americans are scared to death of radical Islam.

They believe Islam is taking over America. They believe Muslims are here to conquer America. They believe Muslims cannot and will not assimilate, or adapt to America’s values and way of life. They believe Islam is not compatible with America.

They believe Muslims want Sharia Law and hate America, hate capitalism, hate Jews, hate Christians, and want to destroy our way of life. They see the proof every day in Europe.

They see the EU being destroyed. There were five million Muslims in the EU in the year 2000. Today there are 50 million. That spells death for Europe.

They see the neighborhoods turned to third world slums and “no go zones.” They see the massive crime wave- especially mass r**e. They see the ugliness of women wearing face coverings. They see EU countries going bankrupt to pay for the welfare and free healthcare for Muslim migrants. They see the vile, vicious Jew hatred. They see the nonstop threat of terrorist attacks.

Saying this out loud isn’t “racism.” It’s raw truth.

The EU is finished. Their future is gone. America is next. We are in grave danger. Our children will live in a foreign third world craphole run by communists and radical Islam.

Our daughters will be wearing face coverings.

That’s the threat everyone is talking about.

America is scared to death of radical Islam. Yet the timid, cowardly, feckless GOP says nothing about it. This is how to turnaround the midterms for the GOP. Simply tell the truth. Expose this ugly threat.

This is the Willie Horton TV ad campaign- updated for 2026.

It’s time to tell the truth. Frame the election around Hasan Piker- the communist radical Muslim who wants to takeover the Democrat Party…who wants to mass murder Americans. Who loves Sharia Law. Who wants to put us all in concentration camps. Who wants to seize all your businesses and assets. Who hates America, Americans, white people, Jews and Christians. Make this election a referendum on Hasan Piker.

Make Hassan Piker into the new Willie Horton.

Make this election a referendum on voting for America and American values versus Sharia Law, Muslim face coverings in public, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Muslim foot washing stations in public buildings.

Make this election about the radical Islamification of America.

The mosques around every corner, the Muslim cities they want to build in Texas- where they want to install Sharia Law.

In the EU, nation after nation has decided to ban face coverings in public. The GOP should stand for banning face coverings in public, and banning Sharia Law, and banning the Muslim Brotherhood.

We need TV ads showing the disgusting, anti-American mass Muslim rallies in Dearborn, Michigan and Zohran Mamdani’s New York City.

Show scenes at Muslim protests where signs read “Death to America” and “Death to Jews.” Is this what we want for America?

Show scenes of thousands of Muslims blocking roads and taking over streets in Manhattan to pray in public.

Show the Muslim “call to prayer” on public streets in Minneapolis. Is this disgusting noise pollution what Americans want to hear 24/7 in your town?

Play videos of what Muslim speaker after speaker says at their dangerous rallies- the threats to America, the vows to conquer America, the vows to destroy America with Sharia Law.

This is the issue to win the midterms.

This is the way to turnaround any Democrat lead. This is the way to win over middle class Americans. This is the way to make a majority of Americans forget gas and grocery prices.

Gas and grocery prices are temporary. Biden and Democrat policies caused them. As soon as the Iran war is over, they will drop like a rock.

But Sharia Law and Muslim face coverings on women in public is the death of America- and it’s permanent. Forever. Mass r**e, and mass murder, and terrorism is our future if we don’t act now.

The GOP must be the party of America, and American values, and Judeo-Christian values. And we must paint Democrats as the party of radical communists, and radical Islam, and Sharia Law, and your daughters forced to wear face coverings in public…

and the party of Hasan Piker.

Make Hasan Piker the new Willie Horton. Make Democrats into the party of Sharia Law. Trust me, no one will vote for that.

This is what Lee Atwater would do.

This is long but worth the read, especially if you don't believe Trump hasn't accomplished anything.
Trump’s Top 25 Achievements: The List Every Conservative Should Know and Use
Donald Trump doesn’t have an accomplishment problem. Republicans have an information problem. It’s on each of us to change that.
With the midterms coming, an astonishing number of Republican voters cannot name three things President Trump has accomplished. Which is remarkable when you consider that Donald Trump has accomplished more in a year and a half than any other president ever did in four.
Indeed, he has accomplished so much, so fast, across so many fronts that most people cannot keep up. The Enemedia buries the victories, while Republicans do an abysmal job of explaining them.
So here is the cheat sheet. It barely scratches the surface. And yet each and every item here is a game-changer.
This is not a list of promises. It’s a list of laws enacted, cases won, policies implemented, agreements secured, and measurable results.
You don’t have to memorize all 25. Learn five. And when somebody says Trump “hasn’t done much,” show them the receipts.
Trump Restored American Safety and Sovereignty
1. He made the border a real border again.
In a matter of months, Trump reduced illegal border crossings to their lowest level in half a century. Catch-and-release is finished. The wall is going up and even being expanded, “Remain in Mexico” is back, and the Administration reduced releases into the country by an incredible 99.9 percent.
2. He reversed mass migration.
America recorded negative net migration in 2025 for the first time in at least half a century. So far, nearly 3 million illegal aliens have left the country, whether voluntarily or involuntarily: more than 675,000 forcibly deported and the rest “self-deported.”
Many of those self-deportations were facilitated by the President’s innovative program to offer plane tickets and cash bonuses for illegals to leave, not only incentivizing good behavior but significantly reducing the cost of deportations. Citizenship and the law actually mean something again.
3. He signed the Laken Riley Act — and required detention of criminal illegal aliens.
Named for an innocent girl murdered by an illegal alien, the Laken Riley Act requires federal authorities to detain illegals arrested for theft, burglary, shoplifting, assaulting police, or any crime causing death or serious injury. It also lets states sue officials who refuse to enforce it.
Laken Riley should still be alive. This law will prevent tragedies like hers.
4. History’s biggest drop in violent crime, and the lowest violent crime rate in 126 years.
According to FBI data, violent crime in America dropped an incredible 9.7 percent in 2025 — the largest one-year decline in history. Murder fell 18.1 percent, robbery fell 18.5 percent. And America’s violent crime rate is its lowest since 1900.
This is what happens when you put the National Guard on the streets in crime-ridden blue cities: fewer victims, safer streets, and better futures for America’s poorest.
Trump Launched an American Industrial Supercycle
5. He made the 2017 tax cuts permanent…and better.
The One Big Beautiful Bill locked in the largest tax cut in modern history, including the doubled standard deduction, the expanded Child Tax Credit, and 100 percent expensing for factories and equipment. It also delivered No Tax on Tips, No Tax on Overtime, an abolition of most taxes on Social Security benefits, and major relief for seniors.
Every Democrat voted no. With the 2017 act set to expire in December 2025, that would have resulted in the largest tax hike in American history.
6. He repealed 129 regulations for every new one.
In fiscal 2025, federal agencies finalized 646 deregulatory actions and just five regulatory actions: 129-to-1, and in nearly every case, the “one” was to repeal the others! OIRA says the savings exceeded those of Trump’s entire first term. That is more freedom, lower costs, and less bureaucratic sabotage.
Of these, the crown jewel was the repeal of Obama’s 2009 “Endangerment Finding”, the legal foundation for the Green New Scam’s vehicle mandates. EPA calls it the largest deregulatory action in American history and estimates that by itself, it will save Americans more than $1.3 trillion. Trump also killed the federal EV mandate, restored Americans’ freedom to buy the cars and trucks they actually want, and even eliminated the incentives behind the almost universally hated start-stop button.
7. He secured $18 trillion in announced investment commitments.
That’s nearly two-thirds the size of the entire American economy, building American factories, chip plants, data centers, energy projects, steel mills, shipyards, and supply chains employing American workers. Apple, Meta, NVIDIA, Micron, Hyundai, U.S. Steel, Ford, Taiwan Semiconductor, and many corporations and sovereign wealth funds are betting big on Trump’s America.
No President has ever done anything remotely like it. And it’s just getting started.
8. He made “reshoring” and “reindustrialization” real, not a slogan.
Ford is moving Lincoln production out of China. Toyota is shifting Tacoma production from Mexico to Texas. GM, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis, and others are expanding U.S. production. The capital equipment pouring into the country is the machinery that’s building the growing boom.
9. He replaced lopsided trade deals with balanced, reciprocal trade.
Trump used tariffs as leverage to reverse 80 years of lopsided trade deals that favored everyone but America, and to win new or improved agreements with trading partners accounting for more than half of global GDP. Those agreements open foreign markets, attack non-tariff barriers, defend strategic industries, and make it more profitable to build in America than to export American jobs.
10. He shifted global energy dominance from the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of America.
Once the world’s largest energy importer — “exporting” $700 billion a year to our enemies — America now outproduces Saudi Arabia and Russia combined. The U.S. is also setting new records in oil, natural gas, and LNG exports, becoming the first country ever to export more than 100 million metric tons of LNG in a year.
Trump also opened land, accelerated permits, expanded pipelines and export terminals, and made American energy a tool for prosperity and peace.
11. After four decades of nuclear paralysis, Trump brought five new reactors online in a single year.
For more than 40 years, not one new privately developed non-light-water reactor reached criticality in America. Trump ordered at least three by July 4, 2026. DOE delivered four by the deadline, then a fifth just one month later.
Decades of zero. One Trump summer: five. That is a genuine nuclear renaissance.
Trump Made Elections Matter Again
12. He broke the Deep State’s power to defy the elected branches.
In Trump v. Slaughter, the Supreme Court ruled for the first time in 90 years that Article 2, Section 1 is still part of the Constitution: the President may fire subordinate officials in the executive branch, overturning the 1935 precedent that insulated “independent” agencies from voters’ control.
Ever wonder why elections often seem to change nothing? How about one President and 5,000 political appointees vs. 2.8 million unfireable, unaccountable bureaucrats? THAT is the “Deep State”.
Trump then made that victory real. For the first time in a century, all policy-making bureaucrats can now be fired for misconduct, incompetence, or defying lawful directives. The permanent bureaucracy no longer gets to veto the voters.
13. He ended nationwide injunction abuse.
In Trump v. CASA, the Supreme Court sharply limited nationwide injunctions. A single, local, district judge should not be able to block a national policy for everyone, everywhere; and yet that’s exactly what they’ve done, nonstop, ever since Trump (and only Trump) took office in 2017.
In restricting that unconstitutional power, the Court kneecapped the Black Robe Bureaucracy’s favorite tool of unlawful judicial supremacy.
14. He shut down USAID as a left-wing slush fund and shadow government.
USAID had become a taxpayer-funded machine for exporting abortion, gender ideology, censorship, and left-wing politics. It had a bigger budget than the CIA and the State Department combined, absolutely no accountability whatsoever, and a penchant for overthrowing governments.
Trump terminated it — completely — and moved real humanitarian aid under the State Department. Immediately, seven socialist Latin American governments lost re-election. Coincidence?
15. He shrank Federal employment to its lowest level in 60 years.
From a high under Biden, the federal workforce is now its smallest since 1966. Workforce reductions, agency closures, and spending cancellations mean fewer bureaucrats paid to resist the voters.
What’s more, when Biden left office, 94 percent of federal employees “worked” from home. The Trump administration cracked down: as Elon Musk put it, “you can work from the office or you can pretend to work somewhere else.”
16. He expelled DEI from the federal government.
Trump eliminated federal DEI offices and barred race- and sex-based preferences across the executive branch. Government hiring and contracting are returning to merit and equality under the law, ending the grotesque Democrat idea that “fighting discrimination” requires the federal government to discriminate.
He Defended Faith and Family
17. He delivered sweeping pro-life reform.
In his first term, Trump delivered the judges that overturned the abominable Roe v. Wade. Hardly anyone believed it could be done, or that Trump would do it. But he did, and a half-century nightmare finally ended.
Since returning to office, Trump has enforced the Hyde Amendment prohibiting the use of federal funds to pay for abortions, reinstated and expanded the Mexico City Policy prohibiting federal funding of foreign abortions, ended federal fetal-tissue research, strengthened conscience protections, protected Medicaid from funding large abortion providers, and pardoned 23 pro-life activists prosecuted by Biden’s weaponized Justice Department.
He’s also done everything within the Executive Branch’s power to defund Planned Parenthood. It would be nice if Congress did likewise.
No President has ever done more to protect life. No one.
18. He got men out of women’s sports, and restored biological reality to federal policy.
The United States government once again officially recognizes two sexes: male and female. Trump ended federal support for the chemical and surgical gender mutilation of children, stopped taxpayer funding of such irreversible abominations, and forced more than three dozen health systems to end or suspend their programs as well.
Trump also enforced Title IX as written: women and girls deserve their own teams, trophies, scholarships, and locker rooms. The NCAA and other athletic organizations changed their rules in response. After years of Democrats doing everything they could to destroy women’s sports and ruin girls’ lives, Trump’s administration protects women and girls again.
19. He enacted America’s first nationwide school-choice program — and launched Trump Accounts.
As part of the President’s One Big Beautiful Bill, Trump enacted America’s first-ever nationwide school choice program. The new Education Freedom Tax Credit helps fund scholarships for tuition, books, and other educational costs.
That’s on top of the new Trump Accounts, which give every child a tax-advantaged stake in America’s future, including a $1,000 federal seed for eligible newborns. Parents gain power. Bureaucracies lose it. And children learn first-hand about free markets and future orientation.
20. He targeted anti-Christian bias and discrimination.
Trump created the White House Faith Office, Religious Liberty Commission, and Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias. He restored conscience protections and made clear that Christians do not surrender their First Amendment rights merely by entering public life.
He Restored Peace Through Strength and Put America First
21. He forced NATO to stop freeloading and increase defense spending by 250 percent.
For decades, wealthy European governments underfunded their militaries, effectively sending America the bill and using American taxpayers to subsidize their bloated welfare states. Trump forced NATO to replace its old two-percent-of-GDP spending target with an enormous five percent by 2035.
Allied spending is rising, American defense orders are soaring, and Europe is becoming a partner instead of a dependent.
22. He drove China out of the Caribbean.
China spent years building strategic beachheads at both ends of the Panama Canal, in Cuba, and in Maduro’s Venezuela. Trump forced Panama out of Belt and Road, expanded American security access around the Canal, and captured Maduro, who now sits in a New York jail cell awaiting trial.
Beijing’s planned encirclement of the United States collapsed. The Monroe Doctrine is back. Call it the Donroe Doctrine.
23. He brokered eight peace deals in just eight months.
In eight months, Trump brokered peace in eight conflicts spanning four continents, including wars that had gone on for as much as 40 years. It’s a record unmatched by any other President.
24. He launched and funded Golden Dome, the first-ever true missile defense for the U.S. population.
Ronald Reagan dreamed of making nuclear missiles obsolete through his Strategic Defense Initiative. Today, Trump is actually building it: a layered homeland shield with space-based sensors and interceptors, conventional defenses, and new technologies including microwave systems to destroy drone swarms and directed-energy weapons (yes, lasers) that can replace an $11 million missile with $2 of electricity.
Congress has funded the initial $25 billion, with far more on the way once it passes the NDAA this fall. Better a shield than a sword.
25. He restored the warrior ethos — and reversed the recruiting crisis.
After years of missed targets under Biden, every active military component met or exceeded its 2025 recruiting goal. Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth refocused the newly renamed Department of War on actually winning wars, while pouring resources into shipbuilding, mu*****ns, drones, missile defense, and America’s atrophied industrial base.
Young Americans once again believe their Commander-in-Chief is worth serving. And they’re showing up en masse.
Now Act Like It Matters
Those are not tweets or campaign promises. They are changes in law, power, investment, sovereignty, culture, and the structure of the Republic itself. And they’re just the top 25: I could give you hundreds more.
Midterms are turnout elections. We do not need to convince Democrats to love Donald Trump. We need Republicans and friendly independents to understand what is at stake — and to show up.
And let’s be clear. When you say (as some of you will) “the Republicans need to do a good enough job telling this story”, you’re pointing at yourself. You are “the Republicans.”
So tell people our story. Donald Trump is delivering great things, whether or not heaven on earth has broken out quite yet. Do the work, send the team he needs to Washington to finish the job, and get ready for 2028 afterward.
Take the time to learn at least five of these victories. Share this list with someone who needs it. And vote as though the most consequential Presidency in modern history depends on what you do.
Because it does.
