On the very first day of the Trump Administration, President Trump set out to secure the southern border and address the immigration crisis set forward by Biden's failed policies.

Now the southern border has been LOCKED DOWN for a whole year straight. 🇺🇸

In 2024, the State of Florida was stripped of its authority over Section 404 Clean Water Act wetland permits by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Since then, there have been unnecessary bureaucratic delays for critical projects that protect our wetlands, support Everglades restoration, and sustain the Sunshine State’s ocean economy.

The “Restore Florida Water Independence Act,” introduced alongside Congressman Brian Mast and Congressman Jared Moskowitz, seeks to put Florida back in charge and restore permitting authority to those best equipped to protect our state’s natural resources: Floridians.

Keep a Copy: Duplicate your IDs and crucial paperwork to store securely in a safe location or within your disaster supply kit.

Sign Up for Local Resources: Register for community weather alerts through the Florida Division of Emergency Management and join the Florida Special Needs Registry if you require electricity for medical devices, evacuation transit, or medication assistance.
