Enjoyed touring the Center of Science and Industry and joining a workforce development roundtable with leaders from the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association, Honda, Anduril, and other Ohio employers.
It was a great opportunity to learn more about the work being done to inspire the next generation and strengthen Ohio’s workforce. Thank you to COSI for hosting a productive discussion and providing the tour.

It was great to join members of the Clark County Farm Bureau at their Policy Development Resource Meeting last night. We talked about the House's work to pass year-round E15 and advance a new Farm Bill, and the importance of getting both across the finish line to provide certainty for farmers, fuel producers, and consumers.
Ohio agriculture helps drive our economy, and hearing directly from those who grow our food and fuel is critical as Congress works through these issues. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their perspective.

It was great to spend time at Nationwide Children’s Hospital today learning more about the work they’re doing to deliver world-class care for children while pushing the boundaries of pediatric research and treatment. Their team is tackling everything from behavioral health to genomics, helping shape the future of medicine right here in Central Ohio.
Grateful for the chance to meet with their team and hear more about the work impacting families across our state and the world every day.

Great visiting Cardinal Health’s Nuclear Pharmacy facility and learning more about the important role nuclear medicine plays in patient care. Cardinal Health has been a major employer and leader in the health care space for decades, and it was good to hear more about how their work supports hospitals, providers, and patients across Ohio and the country.
Thanks to the team for the tour and discussion on the future of nuclear medicine and the work being done right here in our region.

It was great to join Governor DeWine and Administrator Oz at Hopewell Elementary School in Dublin today to watch the OhioSEE program in action. For too many young students, vision problems can stand in the way of learning, and this program is helping make sure kids in grades K-3 get the eye exams and glasses they need to succeed in the classroom.
OhioSEE's mobile vision clinics are bringing care directly to schools and helping families who may otherwise go without these important services. Seeing the students receive their new glasses today was a great reminder of the difference programs like this one can make.

It was an honor to join so many fellow veterans at today’s Grove City Memorial Day celebration. Spending time with the men and women who served our country brings the true meaning of Memorial Day to the forefront.
Today, we remember the brave Americans who gave their lives in service to our nation and the freedoms we enjoy every day. Join me in honoring our fallen veterans and reflecting on the sacrifices made on behalf of our country this Memorial Day.

Thank you to the Franklin County Board of Commissioners for their letter recognizing my funding requests for two important projects in this year's appropriations process.
The Timberlake Water Distribution System Replacement Project will help provide safe and reliable drinking water for the people of Pleasant Township, while the Front and Mount Streets Redevelopment Project will help revitalize a key gateway and support continued investment in downtown Columbus and the surrounding areas.
I appreciate the opportunity to work alongside local leaders to help move these priorities forward and deliver federal support for projects that will have a lasting impact across Central Ohio. It's always encouraging to see bipartisan effort behind submitting projects like these that benefit the region for years to come.

Had a great meeting with local Jewish community leaders from all across Ohio for the Jewish Federations of North America fly-in this week. It was an important conversation about stopping antisemitism, keeping places of worship safe, and ensuring Jewish populations feel welcome in every community.
