I picked the color Blue because it’s one of the colors that represent my alma mater Howard University. Howard University motto is “Veritas et Utilitas” which means “Truth and Service”. The second reason is because Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It symbolizes trust, stability, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven.

Good Afternoon,
My campaign team set the goal of 300 donations at $20 each. Yesterday, we received 70 donations and trying to add more donations.
My campaign will be largely based on grassroots. As such, I am using the DC Public Financing Program, which matches small dollar contributions from DC residents up to $20 at a ratio of 5:1. Anyone can donate but only DC Residents Donations will be matched.
