We must fight as hard to prevent a war, as we do to win a war.

Empower your people and trust them to make the right decisions.

If your Airman approaches you with an idea. Consider saying yes despite the potential for failure.

If it fails, you knew it but you let them pursue something passionately. And the process unfolded to deny them, rather than you.

If it succeeds, they are empowered and have direct hand at doing something great.
