We’re excited to share highlights from "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day"!
This year’s theme, “Junior Justice Day: Community Heroes in Action,” marked the return of this special program after a long hiatus. Youth ages 9–16 explored PSA through interactive activities, hands-on learning, and team challenges.
Thank you to our incredible staff for making the day a success!

Last night, we had the opportunity to attend the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia Hate-Bias Task Force Meeting. It was a powerful and informative discussion focused on addressing hate-related incidents, strengthening community partnerships, and advancing efforts toward equity and safety for all. Grateful to be part of conversations that drive meaningful change.

Yesterday, we were proud to participate in the The Office on Returning Citizen Affairs - ORCA's (MORCA) Reentry Simulation—an eye-opening experience that highlighted the real-life challenges justice-involved individuals face when released to their communities and as they navigate services that support a prosocial life.
This simulation gave PSA the opportunity to join MORCA and Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency staff in providing Justice Affiliates, and community stakeholders the chance to walk in the shoes of justice-involved individuals, navigating barriers to housing, employment, transportation, and essential services. It was a powerful reminder of the resilience required to promote pretrial justice and enhance community safety.
